Said it was going to be a phone call, but no one called me. Sent an email and no responses. Definitely not respecting people's time. I proposed a set of dates, but none of those works, so they proposed a date and time, and I have to cancel my other appointments. Very disappointing and unprofessional

Head hunted from current employer, interview felt more like a formality than an interview. Basic questions, not a ton that related to the actual position more about working with kids and parents in general

After speaking to the recruiter, she arranged for me to interview at the locations close to me. The interviewer directing the facility asked a series of questions and what my response to particular scenarios would be. I was later offered the Child Educator position. Wish communication about open roles would have been more clear from the start
