I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RingCentral
Interview
Applied through LinkedIn. I never heard back so I researched the recruiter and contacted her directly via LinkedIn . I had a 30 minute phone interview with the recruiter. After that I was invited for an in-person interview where I interviewed with three managers and shadowed-it took about three hours.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at RingCentral (Denver, CO) in Apr 2015
Interview
I was contacted the day after I submitted my resume online and they had me in the office for an interview later that week. I actually had my in person interview first (one day: about two hours: 3 different people, so three small interviews) and then the following Monday/Tuesday I had on the phone interviews with Managers and headquarters.
The RC team made me feel VERY welcome at my interview and the process was relaxed and easy going.
