I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RingCentral
Interview
Recruiter/TA was not prepared for my screening call. She had to pull up documents and was unsure about details, pay band, etc. She sent me a virtual screenshare invite but failed to share her camera. As the face of the company, not a good look.

It was a basic call describing the role, no real questions were asked of me.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at RingCentral (Aurora, CO) in Feb 2020
Interview
I received an email to schedule an over the phone interview with a recruiter. I scheduled my interview during my lunch. I received an email at the time of my interview saying it needed to be rescheduled. My interview was rescheduled. Needles to say, I never received a call. Not a good experience at all. I became disinterested with this company.
