The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Riot Games (Santa Monica, CA) in Aug 2011
Interview
The HR coordinator was friendly and to the point in setting up the interview. The interviewer contacted me from his cell phone rather than a company conference line, which struck me as odd. Expect static and dropped calls. The interview itself was okay. Be sure to research the company's payment flow, and ways that you can improve upon it from a budget and a marketing perspective.
