I applied online and heard from the recruiter within 3 days. First-round was phone screen call with the recruiter and then, call with VP Marketing. VP Marketing was highly disrespectful and unprofessional. He was constantly eating something during the interview. He was sitting in some common area with a loud noise. I was not even able to concentrate or hear him properly due to the noise. He asked me just 1 question about my background and hanged over. He could be more professional at least.
Hello - and thank you for sharing your recent interview experience. First, I apologize that you had such a negative time interviewing with one of our leaders. This is definitely not the normal experience or one that we want a candidate to have. I've addressed the issue internally so something like this doesn't happen in the future.
