I applied through the Ripple website and was contacted by the recruiter within a few weeks to setup an initial phone call. Had a good conversation with the recruiter who was very friendly and he moved me to the manager interview on the spot. Scheduled interview with the manager which was a Zoom meeting and the manager was nice but he seemed to be in a bit of a rush to get through all his questions. But i was allotted time to ask questions as well and the manager was forthcoming about everything. Few days after the manager interview I got a generic email template saying not a good fit and no feedback at all. Maybe this is sour grapes but I feel the whole process could have been more professional.
