I applied online. I interviewed at Ripple in Dec 2021
Interview
Initial phone screen with recruiter. Next, interview with the hiring manager.
The hiring manager threw a bunch of completely open- ended, Rorschach inkblot-type questions at me, to which I felt I gave thoughtful, smart, conversational-type answers, then asked if I had any questions. His responses were all vague and one was patently incorrect, regarding a competitor's offering. It was a "can you solve all of our problems during a 30 minute interview" scenario.
Some companies recognize and seek to cultivate talent, others hire mercenaries who seek to hire patsies that they can subjugate and lord over. I felt that this group fell into the latter category.

Question 1
Defi. NFT's. DEX's. DAO's. Dapps. Which one of these verticals do you think we should go after for partnerships?
The process was well managed and moved quickly, with good communication at each stage. Sufficient time was allocated for all rounds, including case study preparation. That said, clearer and more transparent details regarding the role’s scope were lacking.
I applied online. I interviewed at Ripple (New York, NY)
Interview
Had a 20 minute phone call, advised I’d hear back “tomorrow” to schedule in a call with the VP and never heard back. Felt like the leadership team was highly regarded by the recruiter, maybe a little too much!!
