Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Of all the companies I interviewed with at the same time, Ripple's interview process was the longest but the communication was very smooth and the team moved very fast in each stage of the interview so the experience was surprisingly great.
I don't think the interviews were difficult but I do think the team genuinely cares about the culture and wants to know about the candidate thoroughly before giving the offer. It could feel impatient if you are talking to many other companies but I found the process is pretty revealing in terms of knowing the company offerings and company/team culture.
