Ripple Senior Management Role interview questions

What could have been a pleasant experience has been marred by GHOSTING. Applied online and interviewed with Director level HR staffer. Scheduling went smoothly, interviewer was timely and we had a pleasant 2 way conversational approach. There was genuine interest in ensuring that the role and Ripple were a good fit for me while covering off what they needed to ensure that I had the requisite skills for the role. The interview ended with the interview wanting to share my profile with the hiring managers and to organize further interviews. Unfortunately, this great intro to the firm has now been ruined by ghosting. I have no idea what has happened with the role since the interview. I have tried to reach out to the interviewer but get no response. I was aware of all the negative reviews about Ripple from the earlier Glassdoor reviews but their responses gave me the impression that they were making genuine efforts to build a world class, and respectful, hiring process. Sadly, it seems like their responses are mere empty words. The actions of your Director level HR speak louder than any PR and marketing words. If your senior HR staff can’t walk the talk then I hate to think what the rest of the organisation is like. It’s unfortunate really, and I know we shouldn’t judge a whole company on the actions of a few, but until this ghosting I had a great impression of Ripple and now that’s shattered.
