I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Rite Aid (Burlington, VT) in Sep 2012
Interview
The interview process was easy and quick. It was just a simple 1 on 1 interview with the pharmacy manager. The vibe was created based on how the applicant personality was. If you are a easy going chill guy that is still serious about work then you should be fine. The job isn't hard but you have to be focused because little mistakes can cost you your job, seriously.
I applied online. I interviewed at Rite Aid (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2021
Interview
the interview process was informal and quick. The first interview was with the hiring manager. The second one was with 2 potential colleagues. They did not do much follow up afterwards, so not sure why I was rejected.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Rite Aid (Ravena, NY) in Aug 2018

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Rite Aid in Dec 2017
Interview
wasn't really any interview, just asked if I wanted to work and gave me a form to fill out. (not sure why glassdoor requires 30 words for this section so this is all filler)
