Riverside Healthcare New Grad RN interview questions

We are very sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with the New Grad RN interview process and we absolutely do not want you to feel that you are worthless as a New Grad RN. Riverside is a big proponent of hiring new nurses and we greatly value the input we get from them. We do realize that meeting with several experienced Nurse Managers can be very daunting, but it is the best way to get New Grad RN’s an opportunity to meet with as many of them as possible. Logistically it can be very tough to ensure that all new grads meet individually with the managers of the floors they are interested in due to the clinical demands placed upon our Nurse Leadership team. However, we are always working to figure out a more effective way to go about handling the large volume of New Grad RN interviews and your input will be very useful in our decision making process.
