Very easy and professional. It was a three-step process. Last step involved hiring managers interviewing me and asking me scenarios like tell me about the time you encountered a difficult situation with your manage and how did you handle it. Or give me an example how you handled a stressful situation.

To be blunt, I felt my time was completely wasted with this interview process.. first of all they made me wait a week after no contact, I decided to emailed the recruiter just to then be personally called?? and then told I didn't get the job.. I thought that was beyond strange. Normally you're called to be told you got the job, not that you were rejected. So they need to fix that. I understand times are hard and this is a competitive process, but at least let applicants know if they got the job within 1-2 days after interviewing.. not a week...
