The HR contact for the initial interview was unfriendly and not very helpful.
The hiring manager, phew where to start:
-talked about how their products were faulty
-talked about how they were considering leaving although they’d only been there a short time
-barely listened to responses and seemed generally uninterested in getting to know me
-when asked who would be helping onboard me, they said it would be the person that would REPORT to me would
-gave no examples of team building opportunities for remote employees or any indication of a positive work life balance or culture
-overall the team and job just seemed to be a whole mess and unorganized
Pay also is NOT competitive
Do not recommend 0/5
