Phone interview day after online application. Very polite outsourced recruiting agency for Rock Connections. Extremely easy interview questions meant for a high-schooler, which only foreshadows and deeply infers the culture of the actual organization. I was told up front that they would go out on a limb, because of my vast experience, and give me a whopping $13.50, BUT WAIT! IF YOU ACT NOW THERE'S MORE! That's right, small incentives meant to drive the call volume up. The nice lady tells me that the average 2 year vet gets that instead of the flat $13. Suffice to say I passed on the offer.

Had phone interview after 1 week of applying. 2nd phone interview 2 weeks later.. Received a call the day after the 2nd interview stating all positions had been filled, and they wasn’t sure any of those positions would come open again.

The process consisted of a telephone interview with a recruiter and one in-person interview. The phone interview was roughly 15 minutes, lots of general questions about my previous work experience. The in-person interview was about 30 mins. You could tell that the interviewer was a bit weary/worn-out from doing so many interviews. Turnover is so high in call centers like these that they just need warm bodies that are going to show up for work on a regular basis.
