After applying, I was cycled through multiple recruiters. I didn’t even interview before I spoke to multiple people, each asking what my skills were and seeing if the job I applied to matched. However, I kept getting switched to different managers I got lost in the mix, even with a really great reference.
A HR phone screening. Called without giving notice in advance. The whole process was around 20 minutes. Asked about how I learned about the company, challenges that I have in the most recent project.
