After applying, I was cycled through multiple recruiters. I didn’t even interview before I spoke to multiple people, each asking what my skills were and seeing if the job I applied to matched. However, I kept getting switched to different managers I got lost in the mix, even with a really great reference.
I got a call about 2-3 days after submitting an application, to set up an initial interview.
