What skills do you have that apply to this position?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Rocket in Apr 2015
Interview
Very easy - applied online in late April and received a call within a week. Setup a very casual behavioral phone interview and was contacted a day later and asked to submit a formal employment application for background check. Verbal offer came just 3 days later. Background check is obviously fairly in depth due to the financial nature of the company but overall a very easy and friendly process.
