Very easy - applied online in late April and received a call within a week. Setup a very casual behavioral phone interview and was contacted a day later and asked to submit a formal employment application for background check. Verbal offer came just 3 days later. Background check is obviously fairly in depth due to the financial nature of the company but overall a very easy and friendly process.

Easy interview process, two telephone interviews. Very nice and professional interviewers, was selected for position after two telephone interviews.Was hired after these two interviews. First interview was informal and getting to know candidate personally, second interview was more interactive and behavioral interview based.
