I was recruited to apply, and about a week later I received an email inviting me to a 15 minute phone conversation. It was a 30 minute interview. I found that disingenuous. The recruiter told me it was a safe space which struck me as odd for an interview and for a first meeting. I sent a follow up thank you email in which I did share something slightly vulnerable but I never heard anything back to that email or about the role.
