After applying online I had an initial phone call. Then I had a more detailed call with the regional manager, followed up by a one to one with one of the more senior managers, where he also tested my language skills. The final interview was with the head of the region as well as the other 2 managers. Everything took place online as the team was spread across Europe. After 4 interviews they didn't even do me the decency of telling me I was unsuccessful. Not even an automated response. I lost a lot of respect for the company tbh. It just went from frequent communication to radio silence. Treat people with some respect.
