I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rowan (Denver, CO) in Sep 2021
Interview
Phone interview was really easy going, it seemed like the conversation went well. The questions were not too hard especially since I have experience in pediatrics. The questions were very pediatric nurse centered. So I was actually very suprised when I did not get a job offer.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rowan (Larchmont, NY) in Apr 2026
Interview
I went through two rounds of interviews before securing my position at Rowan as a Nurse Piercer. The first round was done online via Zoom with the recruiter and it was a standard interview where I was asked about my background, credentials, and nursing experience. The recruiter I spoke with was pleasant and she seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me and hearing what I had to offer the company. The next day I was offered a second round interview with the District Manager at the location where I was offered a position. I met with the District Manager and the Store Manager, and they both were very friendly and the interview process was very chill. I felt that I could relax and be myself during the interview, and I felt that it helped me since I was able to showcase my personality in addition to my clinical skills. Overall, I had an incredibly positive experience during the interview process, and I am happy to report that I was offered a full-time position with Rowan!

Interview
Zoom with two interviewers . Silly questions that are common sense and generic. Definitely did not care for nurse interviewer. I prefer to meet in person especially since it’s an in person position.
Super chill and easy going company. They are based in NYC, but operate all over United states. Numbers driven. Some of the managers are interesting. Short training. Unfortunately, they decided to shut down in California.
