Getting free piercings. Learning a new skill. Hours.

Cons

Upper management is a joke. Everything is a mess Pay If you go on maturity leave, you start back on the bottom. No training module. You have to fight to be trained on something new due to the lack of trainers. It's clear that the CEO doesn't care about nurses, just wants to use us to draw people in.
