The interview was very easy and personable. I was extremely nervous to begin, but the interviewer quickly calmed my nerves and reassured me that it would be an easy process.

First you take an online test to see if you have the mindset for this type of position, and if it goes well you interview with someone in HR. They talk about your job experience and your skills. The second interview was with the head of HR, questions were more oriented towards why you think you would be a good candidate.
