1st interview on campus with 2 accountants. Very relaxed and conversational, nothing to stress. Received an email for an on-campus within a week that was scheduled 2 weeks later. 1:1 interview with a partner and another employee as well as a quick meeting with an HR rep. These interviews were friendly, but more professional and serious. It made you think whether you really were interested in doing accounting related work. Received a phone call 2 weeks later for an offer.

Interview
Pretty easy going, not a lot about accounting processes and more about figuring out who you are. I Interviewed with two people, one being a partner. Lasted about an hour but can definitely vary depending on how conversation goes.
I had two back to back interviews which were both 30 minutes long. They asked simple behaviorals and about my experiences using the softwares and topics for their job. Both people were very nice.
Very positive experience. Standard questions that you would be asked for any interview, nothing technical or out of the ordinary. Felt more like a conversation than anything else, so overall, a good positive experience.
