I applied through an online career services website through my school. I was contacted that RubinBrown wanted to meet with me so I set up a face to face interview on campus. I met with the representative in the career services office on campus and spoke to him for about 30 minutes.

Interview
Pretty easy going, not a lot about accounting processes and more about figuring out who you are. I Interviewed with two people, one being a partner. Lasted about an hour but can definitely vary depending on how conversation goes.
I had two back to back interviews which were both 30 minutes long. They asked simple behaviorals and about my experiences using the softwares and topics for their job. Both people were very nice.
Very positive experience. Standard questions that you would be asked for any interview, nothing technical or out of the ordinary. Felt more like a conversation than anything else, so overall, a good positive experience.
