I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Ruggable
Interview
Long, extensive process and a waste of time.
First: a phone interview. Second: a design test. Third: A 1:1 interview
The worst part is that they make you meet the whole team and the interview takes a total of 2 and a half hours. Some interviewers didn't even have any questions, and when they did they'd interrogate you for doing something wrong on the design test even when you only had a few hours to complete the test.
They also didn't tell you whether or not you got the job until 5 weeks later even though they say they'll let you know within a week.

Question 1
How do you think your values make you fit within the company?
Interview process was great. Quick, transparent and moved fast. Unfortunately was ghosted after following up about being paid for the case studied as offered in their email, everyone was lovely though.

Question 1
What brands do you think are doing well right now?
Very thorough interview process. Initial interview with the recruiter, then hiring manager, then 3 panel interviews and a case study. Took about a month to get through it all. The case study was great to work on. The interviews were only 30 minutes long each which feels a little short.
The interview process was through the phone due to COVID. Interviewer was relaxed and conversational. The interviewer was straight to the point and informative. After first interview, I was given a case study to complete, then given a second interview.
