Interview process was extremely drawn out. A little over 6 weeks to be exact! Had my phone interview, went great. Had my second phone interview only 3 days later, again went well. Questions were extremely basic, nothing to worry about, no creativity. Sent my thank you letter same day and didn’t hear back for almost 2 weeks. I then got an in person interview (during COVID), it was safe but still. I went, again questions were fairly basic. I was interviewed by 4 people over the span of 3 hours, back to back, mind you I wasn’t applying for a management position so this felt odd. I left feeling unsure because still at this point it seemed like the team still didn’t know what they wanted from this position/candidate. I was told they’d follow up with me in a little over 2 weeks. In that span I sent a thank you letter of course. I heard nothing, crickets. So I followed up a day after they were supposed to reach out and again, nothing. Didn’t even have the decency to say they moved on with someone else.
