interviewer was 15min late. she said her alarm didn't ring. We chose to just do the 15min left of the orginally scheduled 30min. During the entire time, she didn't leave any time for me to ask questions about the company (Read: I'm doing the selection of candidates here, you don't get to ask any questions about my company) - only asking me what my salary expectations were at the very end of the call. I asked if they could provide a range. She used several excuses to get around giving me any answer to this question, saying that it would be negotiated based on how the interview goes. Read: I don't want to divulge how much I can offe, but I sure as hell want to know how much you are willing to accept, and I will use every possible negotiation tactic to lower your compensation.
