Quite informal. Really nice conversation with the hiring manager. It definitely felt like they were assessing for cultural fit as well as skills and experience (which I think is a good sign).
Was a process with ~3-4 rounds: 1) Screener with recruiter 2) Conversation with hiring manager 3) Panel interview with various members of the team Mostly behavioral, one more casual "case-like" question to test logic
