Applied online via LinkedIn. Contacted by recruiter about 2 weeks later. Had a great conversation and she mentioned she thinks I asked relevant role questions and had great experience. Said she would connect me to the hiring manager after he is back from his break in 1 week, at the latest. Did not hear back so I followed up with her. No response. Followed up again 1 week later. Followed up with a few folks I connected with on LinkedIn who were very unhelpful and seemed to have no idea how the hiring process works.
