Interview
Casual interview. The initial phone call had questions about my work ethic, process, and portfolio. I was a little surprised that they asked about my portfolio so early on in the interview (they typically ask about that in the 2nd or 3rd round of the process). They told me that there were approximately 5 steps to the interview: initial phone call, interview with the design team, take home assignment, reviewing the assignment with the design team, and finally an interview with the department heads/leaders. It’s a lot.
