Ruggable interview questions

Interview process took almost a month and a half - granted it was during holiday season but initial interview was beginning of December. Had SIX interviews with 6 different people and still had no information about compensation or benefits. I was ghosted for two weeks when they said they would follow up. Then i had another interview and was ghosted for another week when they said they’d follow up the next day. The company seems very unorganized.

First call with recruiter to talk about behavior & experience. Then I moved on to project phase where I had to analyze data & present it to 4-5 people. That interview was more of drilling in on the project & spin off questions & how I thought through the questions more than behavioral like the first.
