I had the first interview with their recruiter which was fairly pleasant. For the second round with the hiring managers I was asked to prepare a case study with 3 examples for social media ads and analysis of their google ads performance, definitely a lot of material for a case study. I received an automatic rejection email after the second phase. I was asked to prepare a case study which takes several hours just to get an automatic email rejection without any feedback.
