Rula Customer Success Operations Manager interview questions

Had a phone screen and I could tell from their voice that they did not like their job. It was clear they never looked at my resume and just proceeded to do the whole " Tell me about yourself" . They didn't come prepared at all and even forgot to ask me questions as the end of the interview. For a company that has a very vague website, the interviewer shared nothing about the company, what it does, culture or anything and to reiterate what another interviewee on Glassdoor said, they were aggressive as to what the company mission was and why I believed in it. At the end when I pressed them to ask me about a change they made regarding employee feedback, complaints about work life balance was brought up so that told me I was ok about being rejected. The next potential step would have been an analytics test via excel.
