When going to the interview, they required me to provide my annual review or a letter of recommendation. Either or will do. After a successful interview with HR, they sent me to meet with the department manager who also interviewed me. They set me up with a job shadow and required me to email the manager my thoughts about the unit afterward.

HR reached out to me before the hiring manager. A one on one interview was set up with the unit manager. Once the unit manager was wanting to hire me, a shadowing process was conducted for a few hours. The manager reached out to me after the shadowing process to ensure I still wanted to move forward with the job.
