Started with online application. I was contacted by the department mgr via telephone and was asked some general questions about my experience and interest. I was contacted about a week later by someone in HR to schedule an interview. They worked around my current work schedule when figuring out an interview date/time. I met with both HR and the department manager during the interview. Was there for about an hour. Everyone was great, really seemed to care about the quality of people they hire.
