Interview
The interview was first done with HR, which was a fairly simple process with questions about my work experience. The second portion of the interview was with the unit manager and was a more detailed set of questions about my experience, and how I would respond to specific scenarios. The last part involved a peer interview with a staff Nurse.

Interview
Applied for the START RN Program. Submitted a portfolio to HR and was selected for an interview with the ICU Team. Given a tour of the unit and explained what the START program entails. They seemed to want to get to you know in order to tailor the education to meet the needs of the new nurses. They were very friendly and nice and were not trying to trick you any way. The professional portfolio was the ticket for you to get an interview but that doesn't mean you got the position.

Interview
Very friendly HR staff. Easy questions from Nurse recruiter. She does the entire interview and deals with the paperwork. She will then take you to met the manager and allows for you to spend about 30 minutes with them. She is very prompt with answering E-mails an is very accommodating when it comes to answering questions. She makes you feel welcomed and is just overall a very easy going, nice person to speak with.
