Interview
The interview was pretty straightforward. It was online over zoom and everyone that I met with was very nice. Overall experience is pleasant and they seem to have very good benefits.
The interview process for the role was quite fast and had four stages. First was a HR screening where they asked motivational questions like why I wanted to work at S&P and why I was interested in the role. The second was a 30-minute conversational interview with a Senior Director. The third was a one-hour interview with two managers that included a mix of conversational and situational questions. The final stage was a 30-minute in-person interview with the team lead, which was also conversational and focused on team fit.
