It was a two-tier interview. The first set of interviewers is a panel of three, mostly asking about previous work experience and behavioral type questions i.e., what I did on an unexpected situation or how I approach a difficult colleague. It ran for about an hour. They ask me to wait for a 20 minute deliberation then I was interviewed by a project manager on my insights about the company and what value I can add if I get hired.
