SBGA interview questions

Applied online. A few days later, received a call from one of the recruiters. Had a quick phone interview, then was asked to come in for a 1on1 interview with the recruitment manager. Then, a few days later, got the call from the recruiting manager, offering me the position.

I had 2 telephone interviews, 2 in person interviews (total of 4 people). I met with Human Resources, Operations Management, Vice President and the owner of the company. I really enjoyed being able to meet all the management team including the owners. I also was given a tour which was very impressive to me. I learned about the company, culture and their philanthropy work which was important to me as a candidate. I also learned about the tenure of the employees there. This is a company who believes in having a diverse culture. They are very accepting and embrace people from all walks of life who are driven and willing to give their employer 150%. They are huge on incentives and team commodore. I liked that a lot. They have set hours and believe in life work balance which was also something that was important to me since I am a parent.
