I got a quick response to my application, and a first call with the HR was scheduled fast. Interviews with the manager, the team and head of HR followed. Some additional things were requested like writing sample and professional references

Interview
The interview process consisted of an HR phone screening, a "Sparkhire" recorded interview, and a MS teams interview with the hiring manager. I wouldn't have had an issue with it other than the hiring manager told me she didn't even watch the Sparkhire interview I recorded, and asked me the exact same questions that were asked before. This was a waste of my time and showed that there was zero communication between HR and the hiring managers. In the end, I was ghosted by HR so I had to assume I didn't get the position.
Phone interview followed by in person interview with 4 team members. Received an offer after the in person interview. Everyone was friendly. It is making me write 30 words...
