Interview
The interview process consisted of an HR phone screening, a "Sparkhire" recorded interview, and a MS teams interview with the hiring manager. I wouldn't have had an issue with it other than the hiring manager told me she didn't even watch the Sparkhire interview I recorded, and asked me the exact same questions that were asked before. This was a waste of my time and showed that there was zero communication between HR and the hiring managers. In the end, I was ghosted by HR so I had to assume I didn't get the position.
