It appears that your observations pertain specifically to the Meet and Greet session and the assessment, rather than an interview.
For the specific role in question, our team has designed an assessment to evaluate candidates' attention to detail, grammatical proficiency, and proficiency in Spanish. At SCS, we uphold a commitment to ensuring an equitable recruitment process avoiding any biases. With that, our multi-step procedure encompasses the assessment and Meet & Greet prior to candidates progressing to interviews with the hiring manager and team members. It is imperative to note that all assessments are rigorously evaluated using a standardized grading scale, with a clear pass or fail criteria to all candidates.
