Interview

I applied one evening and the next morning someone called to schedule an interview. This was a phone interview initially. The next step included me coming to Houston, TX for a face to face group interview of about 30 people. We were asked a series of questions pertaining to organizing and relating to people as well as workers on a work site. We were rated on our responses. if you are calm and relaxed you will be offered the position.
