I can honestly say it prepared me for interviewing people, once I was hired as a manager I started to do interviews with my Coordinator and other managers which I think is really beneficial to the company because managers know who they would like to hire for their houses.

It's brief and I informative. If they fell that you have potential they will setup 2nd interview. The interviewer is very informative and nice. She let's you talk. She asked questions about what you will do on a certain situations.
