Lengthy process with minimal communication from application submission to interview. Multiple interviews with positive impression of being moved forward, with no follow up response to my request for why I was not selected.

My interview process was smooth and pleasant. The recruiter was timely and stayed in touch with me throughout the process. I enjoyed every step and was able to make an informed decision by the end of the process. I did not encounter any of the frustrations mentioned in other reviews — may just be sour grapes.

SHRM has one of the most unprofessional hiring processes I have ever seen. Really read the recent employee reviews before applying here. Complete lack of communication from HR and zero follow up during the hiring process. Quite ironic because of the company name! I no longer trust anything that comes from this company as it is all smoke and mirrors. Having worked in HR for many years, I would never treat candidates with the utter lack of due diligence that this organization has. Appalling and inundating process. Really evaluate how antiquated your process is and have respect for candidates' time. Organization is in store for a rude awakening.
