A great company to expand your network and work with some of the top most HR leaders in India. The brand has great recall and continues to grow. The amount of growth one can obtain in their career is remarkable and the best part is there are multiple offerings that can be shared to a client. Its about how you make the most of the work and opportunities given there. The organization does look after you well and even during tough times the organization stands by you like a rock and believes in you. The CEO is very well networked and is fun to work with/for.

Cons

The cons are not really there and not worth mentioning as compared to some of the work culture out there- the cons are negligible.
