Met briefly with a recruiter over the phone. Then I met with two of the leaders of the Knowledge Center. I also sat for a time and observed the Knowledge Advisors at work as a preview of sorts.

The questions were more like a test of knowledge of regulatory requirements under FMLA, FLSA, ADA and the like. One specifically addressed permitted deductions under FLSA for exempt staff.
