I applied online and was contacted a few weeks later to set up an initial phone interview. The interviewer was almost 20 minutes late to our call and as I needed to jump into another meeting, we only had 10 minutes to discuss the role and my background. I was told to forward any questions I had to the interviewer, which I did. She took almost 2 days to get back to me regarding my questions with a canned response of "those are great questions, but I really don't know the answer to those." After this experience I had not further interest in pursuing the opportunity and wrote it off. Approximately 2 months after my initial interview I received an e-mail stating the position had been filled. Overall I came away with a negative view of the organization and their professionalism.
