Two separate interviews - first with HR person, second with hiring manager. Interview started late, not on my accord. Spent probably 15 minutes sitting alone in a conference room.
HR person was intimidating, almost questioning the qualifications and experience listed on my resume. Very uncomfortable. Went down my resume item by item, and asked very detailed questions about why I left each position. Got the impression that my qualifications had not be reviewed in advance of the interview. Had an awkward exchange where I had to explain a position change listed on my resume - HR person didn't understand that I never left the company, and assumed I had only been working for them for 6 months. Didn't respond well to nervous humor. Because of the interview running late, never got an explanation of benefits.
Second interview was very comfortable, very much like a discussion. Was asked to watch a video and critique the content for effectiveness. Was given a tour of the floor, and ended up in the middle of an awkward situation where the staff was gathered in the middle of the workspace putting golf balls.
Post-interview, needed to get my parking validated, and had an awkward moment where the receptionist forgot who I was, and needed the HR person to confirm that I had just interviewed with them.
